Hey Y'all!

I've recently joined with some friends to help write a D&D setting for a small online community. I was given to job or art director, which basically means I pick which pictures go on the site, and I make all of the cool graphics and logo's.

Well I wanted to open up this project to other interested parties, and I planned on doing this by posting journals about the kind of art I need. I will also be contacting many of you at random asking permission to post your art on the site.

So let's get the basics out of the way. The site is free to use and even the members only section does not require any form of payment. In other words we are making NO MONEY off of this thing, so any art you donate or give permission to use will not result in profit for us (If by some change a game company decides to buy the setting, your art may still be used, but that will be entrely between you and the game company, we are not claiming any rights to your work and will not be selling it in any way).

So what is my first request? I need a character portrait for an NPC that is central to the main plot of the campaign arc. His name is Dagon and this is his write up...

So if anyone likes the character and has a vision for this black robed figure then do up a shot of him for the page!

Image dimension for the final product need to be 724w x 149h, but we can scale down from a finished image just fine.

Now, on with my own personal stuff...

I'm suck a geek! I am now officially working on my buddies D&D setting, as you have seen, and I am actually enjoying it quite a bit. I am writing content, though much of it will likely not be posted on the site for a while. Oh and I got my own gallery up there too, but it is Rated R so there is a registration required to view it.

I moved out of my crappy appartment and am living in a nice part of town finally. But my new job is on the other side of the city, so I get up at like 4:30 in the morning just to get to work... The pay makes up for it though! I mean I am making mad cash these days! Soon I will be able to afford a crappy car and new mother board. And when my tuition is paid I will be officially going back to school! YAY!


I have been too busy with personal stuff to get any art done, but now I have a responsibility to do some, so it will be comming soon. Though I might try to recycle some of my old stuff first, just to save time.

Well, I have work to do on the site, and a few more paragraphs to write, so I'll be back later kk?
